While I would agree that this list is clearly not a place for the
Windows support questions of late, I'm not going to make a stink about
it myself.

my postfix smtpd restrictions includes...

    reject_rbl_client cbl.abuseat.org,
    reject_rbl_client list.dsbl.org,
    reject_rbl_client sbl.spamhaus.org,
