Good catch!  Those definately are KDE icons.  As a long-time KDE user,
I recognized them right away, once you pointed them out.

KDE icons are licensed under the LGPL.  How that license applies to
graphic visuals and how a site user can be informed adequately of
that, I haven't thought about.  A Google search
"site:www.azcentral.com lgpl" comes up empty.
