It's my guess that ultimately no one wants to ever admit that a lot of
organizations within the government had their eyes closed at the same
time, causing a perfect storm. Again, a guess since I'm not even
going to start to say I know what happened since I wasn't a part of
any of it.
The way our president and the staff following him have acted
self-centered since the beginning of the 8 year regime has only added
to people's issues. I think we'll know the answers to whatever has
happened (good, bad, mild, or outrageously borderline with everyones
thoughts) when the Freedom of Information timeline has hit and all is
open to the public.
