PHP mail() woes

I know nothing about qmail.

It seems absolutely pointless to have spamassassin check outbound
e-mail.

If you want to solve the problem, you are going to have to up the
logging level perhaps both with PHP and with qmail to see what the
errors how to know how to solve them.
