DOOM engine for modern Linux systems?

It's not so much that "I want to play DOOM" as much as "I want to play
DOOM on Linux". Pretty much every decent DOOM engine has a binary for
OS X so I could (and have, in the past) go that route.

This time, I want to see if I can get any of the Linux ports to give me
a screen that uses my dual-monitor setup ;-)
