problem w/PLUG "lists" web site? server?

it happened to me, about a few minutes before I posted that
["opening post"] (new topic / thread) message.
(which, this was around lunch time Tues.)
I just tried it again ("during" while typing this reply message)
and *now* it seems to work OK.
