fourcc-ms decoder?

Still not able to get these to play.

cfourcc complains that the file isn't an avi. I tried converting it using
ffmpeg, but ffmpeg can't decode the original file.

I tried to just rename it with an avi extension, but that also didn't
work.

Having all the players segfault seems like a bad thing.
