 Craig,

   Thanks for this.  The domestic surveillance thing has gotten
totally out of hand.  And don't forget, its not just phone, its
internet as well.  And if you know anything about natural language
processing or data mining, thats a pretty scary thing.  I believe this
is one of the reasons that municipal networks were so quickly shot
down.
