I suggest that in addition to using the "OT:" prefix for off-topic 
posts, we also use "EP:" (excessive punctuation) to warn folks that they 
may see a post which exaggerates someones excitement level. (Soon to be 
followed by "NP:" (No Punctuation), and "EIU:" (Emoticons in use) ;-)
