I disagree. To me I read that as saying the list will only survive if 
does not only cover Linux and related.

I can't imagine anyone stopping Linux, Unix, open source topics discussion 
or discussion related to the PLUG organization. So the list will continue 
with a focus on discussing Linux, open source, and/or Unix.
