Quebec sued for m$ purchases

Hmmm...  The FOSS sector could charge and then turn that around as a
pure booze, whores, and drugs incentive.  It seems odd the support
contract companies don't at least provide booze.  Though, it still does
not make up for the lack of whores and drugs...  I have always said if
we want to reach the masses we need to up sell the booze and provide
more whores, but no one ever listens ;)

Our governments up here are very corrupt.  Microsoft has excellent
marketing skills too that appeal to the civil servants.  Booze, whores
and drugs - it was like that in the 80's and I have no reason to suspect
anything has changed since I was with the premiers office in Ontario.
Booze, whores and drugs and a little payola I'm sure.
