IE problem on my website

Internet explorer begins to load, then provides a popup:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site
http://vampypengy.ath.cx/.
Operation aborted
      OK


I know - not very useful, but I can confirm that your site does not work
with IE.

I do notice a big grey box under teh tikiwiki logo, so my guess is that
IE does not like what is being loaded from http://71.36.230.171:10080
