VGA Fan bit the dust

I have a motherboard that has a Nvidia ChipSet for VGA. I'm also using a GeForce PCIe video card on my Fedora system. The fan that sits in the heat sink on the VGA chipset on the motherboard has finally bit the dust as it's making a horrible noise and skipping. I pulled it once before when it first started acting up to see if I could match it which I couldn't. The fan looks like a 40mm x 40mm x 10mm. It's made by http://www.vettecorp.com/. The problem I'm having is the housing around the fan is rounded to fit in the heat sink hole and the top is square and flat to screw to the heatsink. I can't find one anywhere. The problem with pulling out the heatsink is it needs to be flat so the video card can fit. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find a fan in the Phoenix area?
Thanks
