FS picnic

it's been a while since we've had a picnic. I propose we have one sometime
in Oktober.

We could also arrange to play some paintball. Laser tag came up as a
suggestion in the IRC channel. Maybe those have to be a different day.

We need someone to lead organizing the picnic. We need people to help that
someone with the planning and organizing.

We'll need a survey to see what day would be good for a large number of
people.

We'll need to reserve space at a park or othe appropriate venue.

We'll need to decide if we want to be organized about who's bringing what
or just see what shows up.

We'll need someone to build a solar array for backup power. OK, maybe not,
but we can certainly do geeky things if we want :).
