OT: Binding Ethernet Interfaces MS Windows

Does anyone know how to bond Ethernet NICs for failover in Windows2003 Server?  It is very easy in Linux to create a bond Interface, but I cannot figure it out in Windows.  Very frustrating!  It might be easy, but lack of sleep and lack of experience is killing me.
