So I'm new at linux and don't know what I'm doing

I would install ntfs-3g drivers, and be sure that "fstab", which is 
located in the /etc directory shows the 3g driver


here is an EXAMPLE, do NOT copy this as your drive ID numbers WILL be 
different:

> # /dev/hda2
> UUID=E8D47B1FD47AEF66 /media/hda2 ntfs-3g defaults,umask=007,gid=46 0 1

> UUID=72D080CDD080994D /media/hdb1 ntfs-3g defaults,umask=007,gid=46 0 1
