Folder structure to flow chart

Hi Craig,

 you're welcome!  I did a bit of work with graphs a while back.  DOT
has been around for ages.

 Prefuse is a visualization toolkit that shows much promise...I played
around with it a bit:

  http://prefuse.org/

 it also has a graph component.
