Looking for Linux Cell Phone/PDA Recommendation

I was told about Sony VAIO Micro PC UX Series.

I see on Google that some use Linux on them.

While it uses Cingular Wireless EDGE network, I don't think it is a phone. 
(I may be wrong though.)
