Temporary User map back online

Well, the map is back up and working on the PLUG site 
(http://www.plug.phoenix.az.us/membermap/).  I'm sure there are some 
data points that are off now (meeting locations and such), so I guess 
those are the next things I need to bring up to date.

I currently have about 65 users from PLUG on the map (as those are the 
people that sent me info last year).  If you would like to be added to 
the map, then I need the following information:

Cross streets (Street 1 & Street 2)
City
Zipcode

(I don't want your actual address unless you want that showing up on the 
map).
