Open Source Calendar Application

I need a calendar that all my employees can put their service calls and
vacation requests in.  So that we know where anyone person is scheduled to
be.  A who's in and out application.

Yes.  However, more information is needed.

Is this a web calendar application for just you, a small group or a
large group?

Do you want calendaring only or other stuff like email services or a wiki?

Other than synchronizing with MS Outlook, what other calendaring
function do you want?  In other words, are you just looking to pass data
around or do you need a web interface to the calendar?
