Since when?? I have been running sshd on many boxes at home for many years. As far as SMTP service on port 25 and other providers, just set up the email client to use another port for SMTP, whats the big deal? If it happens to be a naming issue simply redirect with DNS. The server can still be setup on 25, just not on the WAN side, simple reconfiguration of router fixes that. All mail would have to enter the router on say port 587 and redirect to port 25 on the LAN side. You can use any server on COX residential service as thery only block ports 80 and 25. The downside is you are breaking your contract.
