Well, Bryan, you're right - I never managed a wide-spread development 
project.  I was, however, a programmer-analyst on military computer 
systems for several years.

As far as the rest of this post, we're not even discussing the same 
thing on robustness; it appears your 100% professor and I are on the 
same page; and I'm sure nobody else cares anyway.
