What pci wireless card works best with Linux?

Actually, ubuntu 6.06 is far from the latest. ubuntu 6.10 came out last
October and one of the improvements was to the wireless handling.
6.10apparently works out of the box for significantly more wireless
hardware
sets. In addition ubuntu 7.04 is due in April although I do not know if it
does anything more for wireless.
