replace raid5 disk with tw_cli

if you go through their online tech support, you will get an answer
same day usually. They will correspond via email with answers. I've
used them before, and 3ware/amcc is really prompt.

also, do the following and be prepared to send the output to 3ware.

./tw_cli /c0 show diag
./tw_cli /c0 show alarms
