motherboards?

ok,
I got a freeby motherboard from one of the guys on this list (it was an intel 
branded motherboard using RDRAM chips). earlier this evening, it finally 
bought the farm after 2 years of faithful service (motherboard won't pots and 
memory appears to have died as well).

does anyone happen to have a spare motherboard that supports the Intel 478 pin 
Pentium 4 (with hyperthreading)?

I'd be very appreciative if they did (so much so I am willing to throw some 
$$$ at it).
