Problem with PLUG Website

For some reason I had to recreate my account, and now I can not for the
life of me figure out where to add announcements.

I would like to put the listing for my Linux, Python etc classes this
fall. Due to it being a brand new account, are there restrictions? If
so, can I get someone else to post the notice for me?
