OpenVPN and Windows Clients

Install openvpn client for windows on it.
It installs as a service and starts automatically (except on Vista) once 
you setup the the keys/etc.
You need the ovpn file and the keys in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config  
for it to work.
I typically generate the keys without passwords so that it's transparent 
to the user.
