co-lo facilities in Arizona?

ok,
it seems I saw a bit of hand waving. so here's my suggestion:

I was bringing this up to see if we could start a collection (of people, 
equipment, etc) and make this a project  where we could accumulate a 
community of participants to share in a co-lo co-lo. 

any takers?
