Why am I not able to install libgcj6?

That 'urpmi' command did not work, 
but searching the 'net I found that I needed to use this syntax: 
# urpmi libgcj6-4.0.1-5mdk.i586.rpm 

However, when I did that, I still got the response shown below: 

Some package requested cannot be installed:
libgcj6-4.0.1-5mdk.i586 (due to unsatisfied libgcj6-base[== 4.0.1])
Continue? (Y/n) 

So, I searched the 'net again and found this:

drakxtools-ng was removed from contribs, as it was deprecated and
unmaintained. Seems like libconf::system has not been packaged, 
as now is separated from general libconf

However, no information is provided to explain how to overcome this problem? 
So what do I need to do to get this 'urpmi' to work?
