Squid Interception Proxying Troubles

As many of you may know I work for a large school district, here in
Phoenix. We're in the process of trying to rid ourselves of Websense.
We're looking at Squid with either SquidGuard or Dansguardian, or
both. It has been decided that interception proxying is the way to
go. As such I have read extensively about how to set it up, including
everything Squid's web page has to say on the matter. Long story
short, using WCCP v1, v2 and running traffic directly through the
Squid box with multiple NIC's, I am able to get the traffic to the
Squid box, but it doesn't do anything with the traffic. I am very
near my wit's end. I am hoping to find someone with a good deal of
experience with such issues who would be interested in helping me
resolve the issue. The matter of compensation has already been
discussed with my supervisor, and he seems amicable to the idea. So,
anyone interested?
