I am planning to look for tools for this myself.  I hacked together a
quick script yesterday at work to push files out to groups of servers
with one command using ssh passwordless auth.  It reduced my scp copying
 time from 15 to 1.  the clusterssh tools sounds like it's similiar but
I bet it has more functionality (since I just wrote mine yesterday and all).

I usually search freshmeat.net and sourceforge.net first when looking
for these types of tools.  I'll post here when I come to a decision.  It
may be a few weeks.
