openVPN tunnels

There needs to be an openvpn listener on the other side, and the one
side initiates.
As far as tutorials, it's been years since I've messed with it.... I
had it setup here for a project and it worked nicely.  Problem was
they never went forth with the project so I ditched the config back in
2004 I think it was.
