ext 3 and data drs

i went to data drs once with a drive from my husband's m$ box and just 
as an aside asked if it were linux how much would they charge..... well, 
they don't even look at linux machines !!!! i also started to notice how 
they diss linux on their show, these days they don't even take linux 
calls, so, forget them.

also, i have s.m.a.r.t. turned off, should i have it 'one'????
