Have you checked you firewall to make sure you are not blocking? Also, are
both interfaces active at the same time? I see that both adapters have the
same static IP address (Not a good idea in my mind). I am assuming that if
you shut down the wireless connection and enable the wired connection you
can get out. If you only have the wireless adapter enabled and the wired
adapter disabled, can you ping yourself?
