of CaFeLUG, the local Free Software User Group in Capital Federal,
Argentina.

We have long discussed doing a Free Software tech conference with other
groups in the valley.  We have not taken the time to make it happen.  I
have not read the article yet but I looks like there are some good ideas
on how to do it.
