gather information on NICs

I'm building an IPCop firewalll, and having some trouble getting all  
the NICs (3 of them) configured.  The 2 new NICs are in the IPCop  
HCL, and IPCop finds a correct driver to use, so I don't think that's  
the issue.

I think the issue is that 2 new NICs are the exact same make/model,  
and may be trying to use the same IRQ or I/O address.  IPCop's  
configuration finds the built in NIC at eth0, and 1 of the 2 new ones  
at eth1, but can't find the other one.  I booted a PuppyLinux LiveCD  
and had the same experience.  eth0 and eth1 are all it finds.

Puppy has a gnetconfig program which allowed me to look up the  
following information :
eth0 : IRQ 9, I/O 0xdf00
eth1 : IRQ 14, I/O 0x5000

The IPCop FAQs mention how to set up 2 NICs with separate IRQs and I/O.

I think this is the next thing to try, but I don't know how to  
determine what the correct values should be.  I'd really appreciate  
some input from someone who might have a 'next step' for me to try.   
The tech support people at Airlink have been absolutely no help, but  
I wasn't expecting much given that I spent 0.99 each for these cards.
