the June east side meeting is this Thursday, the 8th.

19:00 at Sequoia.

We will start off with "How I use Free Software".

Next will be "Linux etc.", which covers basic information everyone should
know. It'll be a mix of trivial pursuit, tools and useless information :).
Audience participation is encouraged.

The main event will be a presentaiton on System Rescue CD from Dennis.


The west side presentation is moving to the new location at I-17 and Bell.

Brian is going to do a class on using Blender. The presentations he's done
on Blender have gone over really well. Now we'll have the added advantage
that the rest of us can follow along and learn how to use the interface!

We are also planning on having food and drinks for the west side meeting
on Tuesday, the 27th of June.

Please inform your graphics arts friends and aquaintences about the
Blender presentation. The new location will really give us a chance to
showcase Free Software and how cool blender is.
