Not to mention all the extra "Taxes Fees and Surcharges" on the bill. 
They never tell you about those. Figure it will be at least $20 more 
per month than what they tell you up front. 

Qwest told me my bill for DSL (w/out MSN) and two phone lines would be 
$50.99. I asked over and over if that was ALL, and they said yes, 
that was all. They neglected to tell me that with the added taxes and 
fees it would come up to $72.00 a month. When confronted, they used 
the excuse that they aren't charging me for those things, the 
government is.
