OT: Hosting recommendations

Sorry for this off topic MS request, but you guys are the most 
technically proficient group around and are always very helpful.

A friend of mine asked for recommendations on a web hosting provider 
for a .NET application with a SQL Server 2000 backend. Does anyone 
have good experiences with any given provider for this type of application?

Any help would be appreciated.
