I was one of the people talking about this not long ago. I signed up 
with Qwest in the first quarter of 2005 or so. Less than a year ago, 
anyway. Plenty of time for them to remove a service, but I'm surprised. 
I'd found the option on their site, and told them what I wanted. The 
woman on the phone tried to warn me off, but I explained that I had 
those services already and that was that. No hassle, no upselling. Sorry 
to hear it's not still this way.
