Have you gone into 'Configure My Computer' (you need to enter the root
password) and looked at (I think) Hardware, Partitions? This should show you
all the partitions that were seen on install, regardless if they are mounted
or not. If they are not mounted, it is a simple task to mount them by either
using this tool or adding them manually to /etc/fstab.
