duh - Hooters just officially embraced what most restaurant and bar
owners have known all along. And I didn't think I needed to pipe a
confirmation that he's a dirty old man since the self declaration pretty
much suffices.

This is awesome - gotta hand it to the Japanese...they understand male
psychology even if Geisha is all but dead...it just had to shift form
for newer, younger culture.
