got hsi working

I am having problems sending and receiving email. Could someone on the cox network send me a screenshot with their settings page for kmail  showing. (or tell me what they should be otherwise)

It keeps telling me that there is an invalid username or password when I check the inbox for the first time of kmails session. When I try sending I get an error saying that the mail cannot be delivered at this time and to try again in fifteen minutes.
