we did a config clear all and some other things. The switch is allowing
systems to talk to each other now but the vlans and some other stuff
that was previously configured is still configured.
Can I rename the vlan.dat file so as recover it if needed?
We've made progress but managed to get it stuck at the rommon prompt.
It won't autoboot. I have to type boot manually.
VERY stupidly I did not copy down the config-register parameter which
was originally 0x81008 or something like that. We have been toggling it
between 2142 and 2102 as part of recovery efforts. I don't know what to
put it back to.
