bluetooth dongle?

anybody have a specific bluetooth dongle they use under GNU/Linux to use
their cell phone as a modem?

I bought one, but when I try to use it I get an error about a profile not
being supported.

I successfully use the same phone as a modem for my Nokia 770 tablet.
