Is this a SuSE specific rpm you are trying to build?

Here is what the rpmbuild manpage (FC5) has to say about --target:

       --target PLATFORM
              When  building the package, interpret PLATFORM as
              arch-vendor-os and set  the  macros  %_target,
              %_target_cpu,  and  %_target_os accordingly.

What does the .spec file look like for the rpm? Does it use
those anywhere in the spec file?
