Yes, arrive early.  Under Brian's direction, many addtional chairs need to
be moved into the usual meeting room.  The trick will be that the chairs
must be marked with tape identifying the room they came from so that they
may be returned to the their home.

If you can get there early to help with chairs, please do so.  Find Brian
and let him direct you to what needs to be done and how to do it.  I plan
to get there early to help.  "Many hands make light work!"
