Do I have a Virus?

I have a different problem tangentially related - I renewed a domain and 
am now getting $100,000 business line of credit offerings in the postal 
mail on a weekly basis.  Funny thing is - I closed the business (it was 
an AZ business) in 2002.

Silly banks.
