Massachusetts standardizes on OpenDocument

Could a petition be started (or is one started already) as is done for
'let congress know how you feel" initiatives? Yes I agree getting
everyone to turn out at the right time in person is a vital component
(perhaps a follow-up message or messages to those who signed up for
the petition and who opt to receive further messages on the
initiative?).
