Announce: New website up!

DNS should either work for the new site or for the old site. It shouldn't
cause the site to have problems.

Note that "shouldn't" and "doesn't" are different words :).

The site has been performing well for me, but I certainly don't represent
a significant part of the networking on the Internet.

Please keep us updated if you continue to see problems!
